Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Dakota County, Nebraska. You will work at a glazing and fabrication factory. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits On a typical shift you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
