Now hiring: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Stone County, Mississippi. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists The role involves: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $200 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
