Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane Your main tasks: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings Meals and transport allowance provided.
