Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
