Line cook wanted in Dallas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Dallas County, Iowa. The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred.
