Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Williamsburg County, South Carolina. The job is in a chemical processing unit. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
