Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Jackson County, Arkansas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
