You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench The role involves: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
