Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns Rotating shifts.
