You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes 5+ years on the tools preferred.
