Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
