Powder coating line operator — Kings County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kings County, California. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
