Vacancy available: cnc production machinist (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Jackson County, North Carolina. Day to day you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); load and index turning tools in the turret; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
