Kitchen steward wanted in Gosper County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Gosper County, Nebraska. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 1+ years on the tools preferred.
