Retail butcher wanted in Liberty County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Liberty County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
