Powder coating operator • Chatham County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Chatham County, Georgia. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Rotating shifts.
