Carpenter wanted in Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a carpenter in Marion County, Georgia. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Day to day you will read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions. Ideal candidate: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Full-time with occasional weekends.
