The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
