You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Your main tasks: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Overtime paid at a premium rate.
