Cake decorator wanted in County of Ceredigion

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in County of Ceredigion, Wales. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
