Argon arc welder wanted in Qua'An Pan

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Qua'An Pan, Plateau State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Part-time with flexible hours.
