We are recruiting: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Lonoke County, Arkansas. Day to day you will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
