Great opportunity: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Fannin County, Texas. The role involves: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Rotating shifts.
