Tiler wanted in Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tiler in Jefferson County, Indiana. You will be based in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Day to day you will lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line. Ideal candidate: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
