Scullery hand • Oneida County, New York

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Oneida County, New York. You will work in a catering unit. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
