Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Brown County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 6+ years on the tools preferred.
