Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Mississippi County, Missouri. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
