The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
