Cake decorator • Dewey County, South Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Dewey County, South Dakota. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
