Immediate opening: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Karasuwa, Yobe State. You will work on a road and bridge project. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage The role involves fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour.
