Gas service engineer — Blackburn with Darwen

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Blackburn with Darwen, England. Your main tasks: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces 1+ years on the tools preferred.
