Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glass fitter in Clay County, Georgia. The job is on a construction site. You should have: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand Day to day you will cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
