Scaffold fitter • Caroline County, Maryland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Caroline County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage Your main tasks: • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips Performance bonus on top of base pay.
