Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone 6+ years on the tools preferred.
