Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Okehi, Kogi State. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
