Tandoor cook wanted in City of York

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in City of York, England. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Pay around £6,000 per project, based on your experience.
