Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Taylor County, Wisconsin. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience.
