Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Lapeer County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely 5+ years on the tools preferred.
