Captain waiter • Genesee County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Genesee County, New York. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change $7,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
