Safety marshal — Las Animas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Las Animas County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Your main tasks: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
