Canteen cook — Manchester

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Manchester, England. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Full-time, day shift. Pay around £2,450 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
