We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile setter in New Castle County, Delaware. The job is in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. Day to day you will mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge. Requirements: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
