Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes Day-to-day duties: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
