Surface coating operator wanted in Florence County

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Florence County, South Carolina. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Part-time with flexible hours.
