Great opportunity: we are hiring a garment machinist in Golden Valley County, Montana. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. The role involves meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
