Chef de partie wanted in Udenu

Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦120,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
