Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Day-to-day duties: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Full-time with occasional weekends.
