Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Lafayette County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
