Grill cook wanted in Pike County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Pike County, Alabama. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
