Now hiring: refrigeration installation technician (Alaska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a food processing plant. What we are looking for: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Day to day you will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
